OneMinute®
WB Stripping Enhancing Buffer does not have
stripping effect, but pretreatment with this buffer
dramatically increases the stripping efficiency in the
stripping step. The combination of this buffer with OneMinute®
Western Blot Stripping Buffer creates the best stripping
buffer in the world --OneMinute®Advance Western Blot Stripping Buffer
293 cell lysate was probed with high-affinity Mouse-anti-Human Actin antibody (left panel). Blots were treated with or without
OneMinute® WB Stripping Enhancing Buffer for 5 min, then followed by stripping with
OneMinute® Stripping Buffer for 1 min.
The blots were then re-probed with Mouse-anti-Human RIPK1 antibody (Right panel).
